Exchange & Refund Policy
SHIPPING:
- A customised piece can take up to 6-8 weeks minimum for the order to be complete and delivered. Additional time may be added if it's an international order.
- All other products can take up to 7-14 days for delivery.
- We will inform you if it may take longer than expected
CUSTOM CHARGES:
- All products will be shipped from Sydney, Australia. International orders may be subject to additional tax and duty charges applied by your local customs office. This would be payable by you before or upon delivery. We highly recommend that you check whether the local or duties be applied to your order before making any purchase.
DAMAGED PRODUCT:
- We make sure to carefully pack your orders so they don't arrive damaged. However, if such an instant occurs, please take pictures of the damaged piece and email us with your order details and we'll look after it for you from there on.
RETURNS:
- A customised piece will not be delivered to you unless you are completely in love with it! Hence, we're sure you wouldn't want to return it!
- However, if you'd like to return any other product that you purchased, there is a return and refund period available for 14-days from the date it has been delivered to you. Please bear in mind, we cover $20 - $150 shipping cost for every parcel to ensure a safe & secure delivery. We will not be responsible for the return shipping fees.
We definitely don't want you to be stuck with something you don't like so we're happy to take it back, provided it is returned in the same condition!
